Athletes Vs Fit Guys


Lots of fit guys look like athletes. But too many runners and gym
rats spend their time training in just one direction. So they don’t
actually move like athletes.
This agility-cardio circuit will
help you change that. It’s a lung-busting interval workout, but instead
of doing straight-ahead sprints, you’ll move from side-to-side, change
directions, and practice accelerating and decelerating as quickly as possible.
